2021 Vendor Application Form – CLOSED, all spaces FILLED
Fees this year:
10×10 – $40 with raffle item ($35 for returning 2019 Vendors)
10×20 – $70 with raffle item ($60 for returning 2019 Vendors)

*As part of vendor booth admissions we request vendors also provide an item for raffle, with retail value of at least $15

Food Vendors:

The Food Vendor category is for the food trucks or other vendors who will be serving prepared food or drink ready to eat at the event. These applications are handled separately from other booth services so we can confirm with the vendor that they have proper food-vending licensing and we can better coordinate the vendor’s needs. The event is in Greene County this year.

Main Presenters/Workshops/Performers:

This year’s theme is “Ohio, Pagan and Proud”. Are you a proud Ohio pagan who would like to be one of our main presenters? Do you have a workshop that you’d like to share with others, but don’t want to be a main presenter? Or maybe you’d prefer to share your pride in the form of a performance?  If any (or all!) of the above, you need to fill out the form here:
